The Neta brand, which is under the umbrella of the Chinese company Hozon Auto, is now here with the two-door coupe model, after the electric sedan model called Neta S, which it introduced last April.

New electric cars from Chinese brands continue to arrive. Photos of the electric sports coupe called Neta E, developed by Hozon Auto, appeared on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technologies of China.

Although the new Neta E does not look as futuristic as the Neta S sedan that the company introduced before, it is possible to say that it has a very sporty image with its two-door coupe body type and aerodynamic silhouette. The front shoulder of the model, which draws attention with its thin LED headlights, triangular-shaped air intakes, and decorative air flaps on the front hood, looks very muscular. The back of the model, which is equipped with hidden door handles, horizontal LED stops, and a thin diffuser stands out.

When we look at the photos shared by the Ministry, we see that Neta E can be equipped with side mirror caps, black sections behind the front fenders, bumpers, and many cameras and sensors hidden in the windshield, depending on the equipment level. The electric coupe measures 4712 mm long, 1979 mm wide, 1415 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2770 mm. These dimensions are quite similar to those of models such as the second-generation Audi A5 Coupe and BMW 4 Series Coupe.

The Neta E, which is stated to rise on the Shanhai platform just like its sedan-bodied brother, the Neta S, will be a 100% electric car that can be purchased with one or two engines. According to official data, each electric motor will produce 170 kW (228 hp). This shows that the two-engine version will have 456 hp. Although performance information is not yet available, it has been stated that the maximum speed will be limited to 190 km/h. According to China’s CLTC standards, the driving range is expected to be around 560-580 km.

The interior, technical details, and prices of the electric coupe model, which is planned to be sold in China in the spring of 2023, will be shared in the future. We will continue to inform you, dear reader, about the developments on the subject.
