It turned out that due to US sanctions, Apple will replace a company in its supply chain with Samsung next year.

The trade sanctions imposed by the US against China have begun to hinder Apple’s relationship with Chinese suppliers.
According to new reports, Apple will knock on Samsung’s door for memory chips for iPhones.
Planning to procure 3D NAND flash memory from Chinese supplier Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC), Apple was considering using these memories in iPhone models in China. But US sanctions thwarted Apple’s plans.
Apple will choose Samsung
According to the information received, Apple is expected to shift about 40 percent of iPhone chip orders to Samsung instead of YMTC.
Apple currently supplies most of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max screens from Samsung. With the new development, Samsung will now have produced more components for iPhones.
