A new one has been added to the foldable smartphones that have emerged with the development of screen technologies, in the past few months.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi introduced its new foldable phone, the Mi Mix Fold, which it has been working on for years, last year.
In 2019, Xiaomi filed a patent for a phone that folds outward, similar to Huawei’s Mate X series phones. Real images of this application, which have not turned into a real phone until now, have emerged.
The dual battery setup draws attention.
Phone by images; It houses a total of four camera sensors, an LED flash, and a button to unlock the screen on the back. There is also a dual 3500mAh battery setup on the phone.
According to official documents, Xiaomi’s new foldable phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor. However, this processor will probably change to a more powerful one by the phone’s release date.
On the side of the foldable phone, Xiaomi adopted the inward foldable phone design, rather than outwardly, with the Mix Fold models.
Finally, it is unclear whether Xiaomi will release an outwardly foldable phone in the future.
